Alexander Mostov

Alexander Mostov is a full-time illustrator who lives and works in South Seattle. He has illustrated over a dozen picture books ranging from board books to longer non-fiction titles. His debut author-illustrator title, Igor and the Mending Mice, was released in 2026. Alexander is inspired by plants, animals, and of his six month old daughter, Esther.
